All Marcus Garvey Dog Run operations are funded by donations from organizations and individuals in the community. Please consider making a donation if you are able.
Online donations can be made via PayPal to our fiscal sponsor, Marcus Garvey Park Alliance, f/b/o Marcus Garvey Dog Run. When donating, please remember to indicate that your donation is for the benefit of the Marcus Garvey Dog Run, in the “Add Special Instructions to the Seller” field.
Immediate fundraising is for the purpose of purchase supplies for grounds maintenance, such as cleaning solutions, paint, (pet friendly) pesticide and rodent deterrents, and fencing material, as well snacks and refreshments for cleanup events. Our longterm fundraising goals include the repair of the bulletin board, new play equipment, new benches, installing a drainage system, installing a water source, and installing new ground cover.

We are also grateful for any in-kind donations of any supplies, as well as refreshments, snacks and perks for our volunteers. If applicable, we are happy to publicly acknowledge any donation through signage at the park, on our website, on our social media accounts, and through our email list.
